Purpose of Using Personal Information
To ensure we can respond appropriately in case of an emergency on the day of your stay, we ask that you provide an emergency contact.
For your safety and smooth support, the information will be used for the following purposes:
- Contacting you or your representative in case of emergencies (such as illness, disasters, delays, etc.)
- Sharing necessary information with the hotel (check-in procedures, safety confirmation, etc.)
The emergency contact you provide will also be shared with the accommodation facility.
Your personal information will be properly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than emergency response.

If you apply by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your desired date of use, you can use the service from 9:00 a.m. the next day.
※ If you plan to use the service on a weekend or holiday, please apply by 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
(Available from 9:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays.)
※ For areas outside Kyoto, a minimum of two business days is required between the application date and the service start date.
If this condition is not met, we may not be able to accept your reservation.

Please return it by 7:30 a.m. on the day after use.

※ Depending on stock availability and kimono size, you may not be able to choose a specific pattern.
